Strategic Objective: Maintain control of three rear-line objectives while attempting to contest or seize enemy points during a high-attrition engagement.
Strategy Tips: Scoring does not begin until the End Phase of Round 2, which allows for one full round of positioning and attrition before Victory Points are tallied. Because each player has three objectives located behind their own deployment line, the primary tactical priority is ensuring these local points are secured and screened from enemy fast-movers. The Red player, who must deploy their entire force first, should establish a defensive perimeter that accounts for Blue’s reactive deployment. The Blue player should identify the least-defended enemy objective and commit specialized units or Support Cards to cause the defenders to become Shaken and neutralize the point's scoring. To win, a player must typically hold all three of their own objectives while successfully contesting or seizing at least one point in enemy territory. Victory often depends on point-denial and managing unit losses to ensure scoring remains possible in the final rounds.
