Flight was created by Steamnach
Units such as the LAAT should have the Flight keyword, and, units with Flight should have the LoS of a Towering unit

Copying my reply from the Discord:

The flight keyword is not used for Aerial units, it is meant for future units like those that have jetpacks or wings.
Aerial units have special rules all their own.

But in retrospect it might be better just to remove the Flight keyword and use the Aerial sub-type for these hypothetical future infantry units.
